Now the only thing that is actually new with this version is the version number, which is now 0.3. The content is otherwise identical to version 1.2. It's just that as a public draft I think it really shouldn't be numbered 1.anything and so at risk of some confusion I have changed the sequence. I guess that makes the 1. versions collector's editions or something...
